General Comments-Leaking RIC has been repaired. -EHS also advised PIC on how to properly clean the inside of the ice machine; ensure ALL ice is drained. Do not cover ice with tarp and sanitize equipment, which may lead to contamination with sanitizer. Abide by process and frequency outlined by the ice machine manufacturer. Due to incorrect code at the last inspection, this violation has not been marked as a repeat. A follow up visit may be made to reassess ice machine condition between inspections. -EHS noted a direct plumbing connection with the 3 compartment sink drainage. Due to 2014 State position statement allowing for previously approved direct plumbing connections, this configuration is compliant. Establishment was permitted in 2006. -Pretzel hotdogs in display case on TPHC. Procedure form is kept at desk in back.
