Observed two packages of open american cheese today with no date mark. All TCS foods, that are not under 21 CFR 133, must be date marked the day they are opened/made. American cheese discarded today to correct. PIC made a copy of the exemption list in the food code and EHS instructed PIC to look up the CFR to get a full list.3-501.17 |
