It 6-201.11 Floors, walls and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Observed can wash FRP loose and cracked, needs repair and/ or replacing.
GENERAL COMMENT: Facility offers shellfish at times, observed non approved shellfish consumer advisory sign but no shellfish was on sale at the time. Gave PIC consumer advisory template to post proper sign. |
