4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed walk-in cooler with an ambient temperature of 55F. Minimal items inside (shelf stable salad dressing and boxed fish on ice 32F). Per management door of cooler had been open for cleaning which may have contributed to loss of temp, but after 15 minutes ambient temperature still at 55F. CDI- all iced fish will be placed in a chest freezer. Facility is voluntarily closing. Will have a service technician out in the morning for service and facility will not reopen until walk-in is reading at required temperature (45F or below) and repair has been verified by EHS.
