Observed mixer and table with food and liquid debris build-up. Observed build-up of grime on front shelving under cash registers. Per PIC, mixer and table are no longer used. Recommend removal of unused equipment or increase the cleaning frequency. PIC to address cleaning frequency of front shelves. |
