CDI: PIC inverted all stacks to prevent contamination.

Observed one stack of single-serve black trays inside the original protective package, stored on the floor inside the WIC.
CDI: PIC moved the package off of the floor to prevent contamination. |

Observed the dumpster lid damaged and concaving in. Observed one of the dumpster doors and the lid of the other dumpster kept open during time of inspection.
PIC stated he will put a work order in to have the dumpster lid replaced. Dumpster door closed.
