3-305.11 Store food in a clean, dry location, not exposed to contamination. Keep at least 6 inches above the floor. Observed leak at condenser in walk in freezer with ice buildup present on seafood stored directly underneath. EHS advised finding a clean, dry location to store this food and to use cooling curtain currently rolled up and tied at doorway to help maintain temperatures in walk in freezer and prevent extra condensation. -1- |
