7-204.11 Provide sanitizer at correct concentrations, diluting as required.-P Observed sanitizer in 3 compartment sink and in spray bottles registering above 400ppm quat sanitizer when tested. PIC stated that she has had issues with dispenser in deli department and in this department, will call for dispensers to be serviced. CDI- sanitizer diluted to proper concentration during inspection, facility will dilute sanitizer before use until dispensers are adjusted. REPEAT. |
