3-203.12 Retain tag on the bag of shellstock until empty. Record date on the tag when the last shellstock from the container is used. Store tags in chronological order for 90 days. -Pf Observed oyster batch had been split (half in walk in cooler, half in display case). Display case oysters did not contain shellstock tag for batch. CDI- PIC provided second tag from batch's box for display case.
Also observed, facility has retained shellstocks tags in chronological order from begining of year, however last tag retained has date of 11/26. Return Visit (VR) required. Shellstock tags must be retained for 90 days. |
