4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Recaulk back of handsink and reattach back to the base. Observed leaking at bottom of salad bar cooler and heavy water build-up inside cabinets at salad bar. Currently there are socks inside and beneath the cooler that are absorbing the water. Store Manager will place work order for service on cooler. |
