4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P. Observed quat sanitizer in spray bottle and at 3-comp sink at 0ppm. It was determined that sanitizer bag was empty at the 3-compartment sink. CDI: sanitizer bag was switched out and corrected to 200ppm. Spray bottle was refilled with proper concentration. |
