6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed one (1) missing ceiling tile in produce department production room above two compartment washing sink. Replace damaged or missing floor and ceiling tiles as needed. REPEAT.
Note: No escalation in point deduction; per conversation with department manager, facility landlord has been contacted to replace damaged and missing tiles within store and production rooms. Verify maintenance is completed as needed. |
