Briefly observed no thermometer available in produce department production room. CDI - Food employee provided NSF, non tapered thin probe thermometer from adjacent department. Thermometer was properly calibrated with EHS thermometer via hot water. Provide thin probe thermometers for measuring temperatures of thin foods. |

Observed one (1) missing ceiling tile in produce department production room above two compartment washing sink. Replace damaged or missing floor and ceiling tiles as needed. |
