4-501.114 Sanitizer shall be mainainted at the correct concentration. - P- Observed singular bottle of quaternary ammonium sanitizer that was giving no reading of ppm on inspector test strips, or on the test strips provided by the PIC. Insure that sanitizer is tested when filling bottles, and retest sanitizer concentrations throughout the day. CDI by employee refilling with new sanitizer that was above required levels. |
