4-302.14 Provide a test kit that accurately measures sanitizer concentrations. -Pf - Observed no test strips to test the quaternary ammonia sanitizer concentrations at the 3 compartment sink. PIC stated that they had only just got the 3 compartment sink repaired recently as previously it did not hold water in its basins without leaking from the drain so they had not been doing dishes in another department for the meantime.
