Observed the cuber and saw today with dried meat debris on the blades and surrounding areas. Broken down today. Manager was washing, rinsing and sanitizing the saw before the end of the inspection to correct. The cuber blades, he agreed, would not be used until they were put through that same process(may need to soak first). |
