5-202.12 Handwashing Sinks, InstallationThe handsinks in the bathrooms were found to give hot water in the range of 78F-80F They must give hot water at 100F or hotter. The facility manager reports that plumbers had just left the building and that the water to the bathroom had been shut off for repairs. The hot water may not have had time to heat back up after the repairs. Ensure that all handsinks provide proper hot water. The handsinks in the deli were not affected. -CDI by instruction. |

3. -501.19 Time as a Public Health ControlThe facility has a system of marking the items in the hot hold display case with a time of discard based on a clock icon. A number of items in the case today were found to be without the proper time mark on the clock icon. -CDI by instruction. |
