3-203.12 Retain tag on the bag of shellstock until empty. Record date on the tag when the last shellstock from the container is used. Store tags in chronological order for 90 days. -Pf-
Facility keeps shell tags segregated by month in an index card container by display case. Observed some shell tags from October stored without final use date. Observed tags from November 2025 still in container co-mingled with a current tag (end use date 11/1). Observed shellstock tags from August 2026 stored in two places within index card container. Ensure to organize shellstock tags and discard of others past date. CDI - PIC discarded tags past the 90 day mark and organized remaining tags in chronological order. |
