Observed a chub of turkey that had expired past 7 days. CDI: product was voluntarily discarded. Observed 2 chubs of meat where the dates were not clear and had rubbed off on the labels. CDI: PIC re-dated and re-wrapped products so that the dates are clear and legible. |
