5-205.11 (B) A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing Pf. Observed employee dumping water into handwashing sink and employee was observed refilling buckets with water. CDI- PIC was educated on proper use of hand wash sinks. Deli trainer was on-site to educate staff on handwashing sink usage. This was corrected immediately. |
