3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P Observed 2 containers of sliced turkey for grab and go, both with a date of 1/21/2021. PIC said they made this last night and someone must have put on the wrong date. CDI-PIC correctly DM.
