3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P: Two opened chubs of deli meat held past expiration date. CDI- voluntarily discarded. Ensure when opened chubs are re-wrapped that pertinent date marking information is readily visible. some chubs had to be unwrapped to obtain the critical date marking information.
