Multiple food items on far right side of unit was not holding in temp. (see chart). PIC suspected that unit was in a defrost unit and that was reason temp. was raised. After inquiry it was found one fan was not working. CDI- Food in that area was discarded and fan was fixed to work again. VR to asssure unit is working properly. |
