3-203.12 Retain tag on the bag of shellstock until empty. Record date on the tag when the last shellstock from the container is used. Store tags in chronological order for 90 days. -Pf
Observed some missing sell by dates on the shell stock tags. Tags also need to be maintained in chronological order. CDI-The tags with the unlabeled sell by dates were older than 90 days and discarded. Explained that the sell by dates are needed. And the tags were placed into correct order. REPEAT. |
