6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed wall in seafood walk in with paint chipping. PIC stated that she has reached out to maintenance after last inspection, will put in an official work order for repair. Stated that previous paint chipping in other departments has been repaired by placing sheet metal over chipping, will repair as soon as possible. REPEAT. |
