At time of inspection, EHS observed no TCS food production or storage. In previous inspections, EHS has observed TCS food produced within establishment (I.E. cut watermelon, cut cantaloupe, etc.) stored within this cooler. PIC has stated that seasonally cut TCS foods will be stored within ice bins and that cooler functionality will be assessed prior to use to store TCS foods produced within establishment.
