2-301.14 Wash hands after activities that contaminate them.-P
Observed employee not wash hands after changing tasks several times. Employee came into the prep area from working with product at the self service area, immediately put gloves on and start handling raw chicken. No hand wash occurred when entering into the prep area. Also observed employee not wash hands after handling chicken. CDI-Stopped the employee and had them wash their hands. |
