4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf Observed two spatulas with small amount of buildup along the edge of the handle, and small amount of residue buildup on the far left meat slicer. CDI-The spatulas were sent to the 3-compartment sink for wash, rinse, and sanitizing. The meat slicer was re-cleaned. |
