(One facing the deli HH case) Tysons chicken was holding at 50F. Other side of cases were in temp. CDI-PIC voluntarily discarded sliced deli meat and upon EHS suggestion discarded chicken. REPEAT. 3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P Observed 2 chubs of turkey and ham with pack dates and expiration date for today. PIC was not aware when these were opened. Observed a chub of bologna dated for April 13th. CDI-PIC voluntarily discarded chubs since they were not aware when they were opened.
*Sidenote-EHS came during inventory and did not get to see whole production
