Observed a bucket and a spray bottle labeled sanitizing solution with 0 ppm sanitizer as indicated by test strip. Sanitizer remixed. This is a repeat violation which has been repeated four times. Facility is using packet of chlorine sanitizer mixed with water. Manager stated she will create a log to ensure sanitizer buckets are changed every 2 hours to maintain proper concentration. |
