3-602.11 Food packaged on premises for customer self service shall include a label with the common name of the food, ingredients in descending order, quantity of contents, name and place of business and major food allergens. -Pf Dry items such as trail mix and chocolate covered cake bites offered for grab and go with insufficient label information. CDI - Items pulled behind counter today so that consumers will have to ask a food employee to hand them the item. Facility has software with label information and is in the process of correcting. |
