Store all foods to prevent contamination. Observed oatmeal/salad condiments stored unprotected with lids partially open and stored outside of the sneeze shield. Replace the missing sneeze shield or provide weighted lids for the self service soups. Observed dry food products stored unsecured by using stickers to close open bags, plastic wrapping and a bread tie. Advised to securely close items using a tight fitting lid or sealed bag. |
