Observed open dumpster unit side doors. Observed a couch, chair and twin mattress in dumpster enclosure. Dumpsters are shared with other business and in accessible by residents of an adjacent apartment complex. PIC to work with other businesses and building owner to keep dumpster doors closed and enclosure free of unnecessary items. |
