4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed HH station (below the coolers) not working. They are not in use and they are planning on having these replaced next year. HH handle is broken by the 3-comp sink. Both WIC's handles don't shut properly (the lock doesn't extend to close it) The chemical sink dispenser is leaking hot water. The WIC with chicken has rusted screws on the back side-sides of the same WIC are starting to rust through the metal. The front cover of the microwave is hanging loose. PIC said they have a new WIC on order. REPEAT. |
