Cold air must flow around product to remove the heat. -Pf Observed a large plastic container of salad mix in water sitting in the WIC. PIC swaid it was prepare at 9am this morning. CDI-EHS explained due to the size and that water doesn't always come out cold it's best to add ice into it to help cool. PIC added ice. |

Rust and damage on the front of the ice machine. Rusted shelving throughout facility. Prep unit across from the grill isn't working, PIC said they use it for dry storage. Cabinet near HS in the front has water damage. |
