2-103.11(O) Ensure food employees are informed of their responsibility to report required symptoms, illnesses and exposure.-PF- *Observed - No proof of training for employees on the employee health policy. PIC stated employees are trained using online modules during on-boarding process. However, once training module is complete its removed from list and PIC does not have access to proof of completion, according to PIC. *CDI - EHS provided copy of employee health policy and reporting agreement for current and future staff to read and sign.
