3-501.17 Ready-To-Eat Potentially Hazardous Food (Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food), Date Marking - PF. Observed one pack of deli meat not date marked in sub case and other deli meats in deli case and sub case not date marked properly. Observed pack date same as sold on date. Deli mgr. informed me that the date was entered incorrectly in system and is supposed to say sell by date. Label machine also needs repair because it is printing out labels for date marking unclear. Can not read sold on dates. CDI, by verbal instruction to date mark correctly by next inspection. This is a repeat violation. |
