Observed small pieces of lettuce dried on to the meat slicer in the back room. CDI-The slicer was taken apart to finish cleaning and sanitizing. REPEAT.

Observed cleaning needed to the door frames of the glass reach in cooler, the shelving in the walk in cooler, the shelves in the back room, and the insides of the small flip top cooler near the grill. Have cleaned. |

Observed leak to the plumbing underneath the prep sink. Manager explained a work order is already in for the repair. There are also slight drips to the faucets/base of the faucets that need tightening up at the 3-compartment sink. Have repaired. REPEAT. |
