General CommentsObserved PIC Salem Nabeel M. Alnatsheh to be newly ServSafe Food Protection Manager certified as of the morning of re-inspection. Database had not updated, EHS was provided paperwork indicating PIC had passed and database would be updated within 24-48 hours of exam completion.
