Maintain quat sanitizer at approved concentration. Observed broad spectrum quat sanitizer (150 - 400 ppm approved) at less than 100 ppm as evidenced by test strip. Remade the sink and bottles to approved concentration and discussed the # of pumps of quatenary required in the sink to provide adequate concentration. . |
