3-501.16(A)(2) Maintain TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or less. -P Observed Horchata in dispenser at 58F. Also observed eggs in lowboy cooler at 51F. PIC stated that they were out this morning because staff was prepping. CDI PIC voluntarily discarded the horchata and put the eggs back in the WIC to cool back down. REPEAT

6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed loose floor tile in back area and the wall outside of the WIF with peeling and chipped paint. This wall is also damaged.
