PIC was unable repair QUAT sanitizer dispenser during the inspection. CDI PIC provided chlorine for sanitization at the 3 comp sink by the end of the inspection and stated that dispenser will be repaired. Repeat violation. Verification required. |

CDI EHS provided a few chlorine test strips until establishment can provide. |
