General CommentsDecision needs to be made if buttons above to go line are food contact surface or a secondary surface. If it is considered a food contact surface, the buttons need to be properly cleaned and sanitized at least every 4 hours. If it is considered a secondary surface and only cleaned twice a day or more than 4 hours, then every time an employee touches the button, their gloves need to be removed, a proper hand wash is to be conducted, and new gloves need to be donned. PIC was very informative, knew all the facility processes and was very well versed in food safety.
