3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in sanitizer between uses. Observed a bucket of sanitizer with in-use wiping cloth of 0ppm. PIC stated she uses Nu-Foam tablets. EHS tested the other premade bottles and was also reading 0ppm. PIC stated she had used these for over a year and said it was reading at the right ppm concentration. PIC stated she will revert to using bleach water for now until she can figure out what is going on with the tablets. CDI: PIC made bleach water in replacement of the Nu-Foam tablet solution. -0.5- |
