Observed a packet of hot dogs that were opened yesterday without a date mark. CDI: by dating properly. Much improvement has been shown on date marking. A new labeling machine has been purchased and all dates were clear. Continue to work on date marking for long term complaince.

Observed stand up reach-in cooler not working properly. Work order has been placed and cooler is currently not being used. No food observed inside at time of inspection. PIC stated that they have to get a new cooler.
