3-302.11(A)(1) Separate raw animal foods from ready-to-eat foods and washed/unwashed fruits and vegetables. -P Observed three (3) unopened ready to eat spiral hams stored beneath raw sausage containers in WIC. CDI - PIC adjusted storage order to prevent potential contamination. REPEAT.
Note: No escalation in point deduction due to noted improvement from previous inspection; fewer portions of ready to eat food or unwashed vegetables were under potential contamination, and all raw animal food was stored under proper hierarchy.
