Observed flour and dry goods bins with cracks and broken pieces. Replace bins to avoid physical contamination of food.
4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed walk in cooler out of service. PIC stated that walk in cooler was not in use and is scheduled for repair. Repair technician has been on site. Establishment has small walk in cooler and has moved TCS foods to other refrigeration units. All TCS foods were found to be in compliance for cold holding. Establishment also has large reach in freezer to aid in cooling.
