Observed one box of cardboard used as liner underneath flour that has absorbed some liquid, PIC stated cardboard is changed monthly. EHS spoke with PIC about using non-absorbent, durable, and cleanable materials for liners of shelving. |

6-303.11 Provide required lighting intensity. Observed back right section of WIC with 0 foot candles of light when back is blocking light bulb above WIC door, WIC has only one light bulb. EHS spoke with PIC about adding another light to the right of WIC fan to illuminate back right corner of WIC and that lights are shielding from bulbs or that bulbs are shattered-resistant. |
