General CommentsObserved multiple items asterisked on menu as being offered raw or undercooked that are not actually offered raw or undercooked per PIC. These items include huevos con chorizo, enchiladas verdes, enchiladas poblanas, enchiladas suizas, and nachos with shrimp. Remove asterisks from menus for items not offered raw or undercooked. No labeled dedicated dry or cold storage observed for MFU. Per PIC, he is a partner in the MFU business. However, the permittees listed on both establishments differ, so ownership is not considered the same. Due to this, the MFU is required to have labeled dry and cold storage space in facility.
