6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. EHS observed broken tiles by three compartment sink and hand sink. EHS observed wall trimming located under WIF door rusting and breaking apart. EHS discussed issue with PIC during last inspection. PIC stated a repair technician stated to fix issue the WIF would need to be replaced. PIC stated they will attempt to cover rust with cover to allow for easy cleaning. REPEAT. (1) |
